Services are custom projects. A cart or quotation request is non-binding. Work starts only after written agreement on scope, deliverables, the total price including applicable VAT, payment milestones and schedule. Additional work requires a separate agreement in advance.
The agreed schedule depends on the customer supplying content, access and feedback on time. Deliverables are supplied digitally as specified in the quotation. Hosting, third-party licences, app store fees and maintenance are included only when expressly agreed. App store approval cannot be guaranteed.
Payment amounts, any advance payment and due dates are set out in the quotation before acceptance. This website does not currently collect online payments. Requesting a quotation creates no obligation to pay.
To cancel or request a refund, email info@jonathanemanuels.com with your name and project or invoice reference. If you cancel before work starts, any advance payment is refunded in full. After work starts, only agreed work already performed and pre-approved, non-recoverable third-party costs are deducted. Any remaining advance is refunded within 14 days of determining the balance, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Statutory rights always take precedence.
Consumers entering a distance service agreement generally have 14 days from concluding the agreement to withdraw without giving a reason. Work begins during that period only at your express request. If you then withdraw, only the legally permitted proportionate amount is payable. The withdrawal right is lost on full performance only with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Statutory refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
